For the Fried Pickles:
- Heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet.
- Combine flour with cajun seasoning, about 1 tbsp cajun seasoning per 1 cup flour.
- Combine milk and eggs, using 1 egg per 1 cup milk.
- Dredge a pickle slice in flour, then in the milk mixture, and back into the flour.
- Fry in the skillet until golden brown.
- Remove to a paper towel lined plate to dry.
The Finished Product:
Crispy. Spicy. Tasty. The Fried Pickles with Jalapeno Ranch dip were definitely a hit in Our Gameday fare.
